Come Sit With Us is a free gathering for women designed to make that process feel a little easier. Think speed dating… but for finding a therapist.
You’ll get the chance to meet 6 local therapists, ask questions, and see who feels like a fit — all in one space. The hope is that you leave feeling more clear, less overwhelmed, and maybe even excited about your next step.
Whether you’ve been putting therapy off, endlessly scrolling directories, or just wishing there was a more human way to start, this gathering was created with you in mind.
